Wenaewe® contains exclusively Beyond Organic beef from cattle raised free-range on large parcels of land in Uruguay grazing on some of the richest organic pastures in the world. Our beef farms do not use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, hormones or growth stimulants, fattening grains or other concentrated meals. Because of its proven lower fat content and cholesterol levels, our Beyond Organic beef results in a leaner and healthier meat for your dog. Organic Brown Rice, Organic Barley and Organic Millet Wenaewe® contains highly digestible grains that provide a balanced distribution in vitamins and nutrients. Our Organic Brown Rice, also called "intact" rice, preserves the natural fiber, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants of unprocessed rice. Organic barley is a highly nutritious source of fiber, niacin, thiamine and many minerals including vitamin E and betain a natural protector of liver cells. Millet is an excellent source of nutrition for those animals that may be gluten intolerant. Organic Flax Seed Meal Wenaewe®'s Organic flax seed is rich in omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids which protect and improve the shine of your dog's coat. The lignans (anti-oxidants) and fatty acids of Organic Flax have been proven lower significantly the levels of harmful LDL cholesterol. Almost 90% of the fat in sunflower seeds is good unsaturated fat, the one that protects the heart. Sunflower seeds are the best whole food source of vitamin E, an antioxidant, and a good natural source of zinc, vital for keeping your dog's immune system strong. Wenaewe®'s organic buckwheat seed is high in all eight essential amino acids and a unique source of rutin, vitamin P, and choline which combined promote healthy bowel movement, help eliminate cholesterol, prevent the accumulation of fat. A seed rich in protein, Wenaewe®'s canola seeds add the digestive benefits of fiber to the health enhancing properties of its organic canola oil. Organic Canola Oil and Organic High-Oleic Sunflower Oil Wenaewe®'s Organic Vegetable Oils are expeller-pressed, this means there are no chemicals involved in their processing. Both Canola High-oleic Sunflower Oil are mild flavored and easily digestible containing significant amounts of vitamin E and no dietary cholesterol. Both boast a very high percentage of monounsaturated fatty acids (61% in Organic Canola Oil and 77% in Organic High-Oleic Sunflower Oil), the ones that reduce LDL ("bad") blood cholesterol levels.
